N. Kallikratia At a distance of 35 kilometers from the city of Thessaloniki, in the peninsula of Chalkidiki, there is one of the most famous tourist resorts of Chalkidiki, N.Kallikratia. The town of N.Kallikratia is the seat of the homonymous municipality, founded in 1922 by the Greek refugees who arrived there coming from “Kallikratia” of Eastern Thrace. According to archaeologists, the area has been inhabited since the Neolithic age, and there are remains of a prehistoric settlement. Some very significant archaeological finds have been discovered in the area, e.g., the famous “Girl of Kallikratia” holding a dove in her hand, and a tombstone, curved in relief, with pediment, which is a work dating back to 440 B.C. and adorns the Archaeological Museum of Thessaloniki.

Cancellation Policy

During the low season (01-10-2015 to 31-05-2015 (except 9-13/04 & 24-12-2015 / 02-01-2016) reservations cancelled at least 7 days, prior to the arrival date, will be fully refunded. Cancellations less than 7 days, prior to the arrival date, will be charged for the first night. In case of No Show or cancellation the arrival date, will be applied fees of 50% of the value of the reservation and the booking is considered us cancelled. In case of early departure according the first booking, will be applied penalty of 50 % of the remaining stay. During the high season (01-06-2015 to 30-09-2015, 09-04-15 to 13-04-2015, 24-12-15 to 02-01-2016) reservations cancelled at least 14 days prior to the arrival date, will be fully refunded. Cancellations less than 14 days prior to the arrival date will be charged for the first night. In case of cancellation, within 7 days before arrival date, will be applied fees of 30 % of total amount. In case of No Show or cancel the arrival date, will be applied fees of 100% of the value of the reservation and booking is considered us “cancelled”. In case of early departure according the first booking, will be applied penalty of 50 % of the remaining stay.
