A. Low season: January to April, November & December:
Notice of cancellation/amendment is required in written up to 3 days prior to arrival date. Cancellation/amendments received after that period will be automatically charged (max. two nights charge applies)
B. Shoulder season: May & October:
Notice of cancellation/amendment is required in written up to 5 days prior to arrival date. Cancellation/amendments received after that period will be automatically charged (max. two nights charge applies)
C. High season: June & September:
Notice of cancellation/amendment is required in written up to 7 days prior to arrival date. Cancellation/amendments received after that period will be automatically charged (max. three nights charge applies)
D. Peak season: July & August:
Notice of cancellation/amendment is required in written up to 14 days prior to arrival date. Cancellation/amendments received after that period will be automatically charged for the full length of stay
E. No-Show and early departures.
The 100% of total room rate for the confirmed accommodation nights for the entire length of stay shall be chargeable.
Under stays: No refund will be made for any under stays.

behet me shkrim deri ne 5 dite para mberritjes. Anulimi ndryshimet e marra pas kesaj periudhe do te
ngarkohen automatikisht (maksimumi 2 nete pagese aplikohen)
C. Sezoni i larte Qershor dhe Shtator
Njoftimi I anulimit ndryshimit kerkohet te
behet me shkrim deri ne 7 dite para mberritjes. Anulimet ndryshimet e marra pas kesaj periudhe do te
ngarkohen automatikisht (maksimumi 3 nete pagese aplikohen)
D. Sezoni peak Korrik dhe Gusht
Njoftimi i anulimit ndryshimit kerkohet
te behet me shkrim deri ne 14 dite para mberritjes. Anulimet ndryshimet e marra pas kesaj periudhe do te
ngarkohen automatikisht per gjithe kohezgjatjen e qendrimit.
E. Mos paraqitjet dhe arritjet e hershme.
100% e totalit te dhomes per netet e konfirmuara te akomodimit per tere kohezgjatjen
e qendrimit do te paguhen.
Shkurtimi I qendrimit te planifikuar, Asnje rimbursim nuk do te behet per asnje shkurtim
te qendrimit te planifikuar.
